Registrar EPYSA Database Instructions
For those of you who are having trouble with the online database for EPYSA, here are step by step instructions on how to enter and approve your team.

Registration of Out of State Player

1.    Add new player -- when player’s state is not PA and/or county is Other, type in OOS player number in field just below the county field. 2.     Add returning players as a team --  team number is entered, entire roster is retrieved, players are selected by check box, then added to new team without comment. However, system notes those who are OOS by entry in State field (will not catch players from PA counties that collar EPYSA because no county field was in previous years database - please advise the affected registrars to be aware) 3.    Add returning players as individuals -- Previous years player ID number is entered, record is retrieved, player added to new team without comment. However, sytem notes those who are OOS as above.

Be sure to print an RG-6 for the OOS player and have the parent sign it. Every player playing in EPYSA must have a signed RG-6.

In team view, click on "Add OOS Player ID Numbers". Any OOS players who came onto the new team, but did not already have their OOS ID number entered (options 2 and 3 above) will appear on this list. Many numbers may be entered at one time, rather than record by record. More convenient for someone who is bringing an entire team forward, especially if entire team played in EPYSA last year and is in the current season’s database and is an OOS team. If no OOS players on the new team, no one will appear on this button. If no players have been added to team yet, no one will appear on this button.

In team view, click on Audit Report. Any OOS player without an OOS ID number added will cause failure in Audit rule #7. If team contact has not yet realized that he needs to enter OOS ID numbers for players, he can now conveniently click on Add OOS Player ID numbers (same view)

In team view, click on "Approve Team". If OOS player does not have OOS ID number added, team cannot be approved, due to audit failure. Again, team contact can conveniently click on Add OOS Player ID numbers.

In team view, click on " Print Pass ". OOS player does not appear on selection list. EPYSA does not print passes for OOS players. They must use pass from home state.

In team view, click on "Print Lineup". OOS player whose OOS ID has not been entered will show the underlying EPYSA number until OOS ID number is entered to overwrite that. Once OOS ID number is entered, that will be printed instead.

Out of State Teams Playing in PAGS
If you are an out of state team participating in PAGS you must register your team with your state association or US Club Soccer. If you elect to register US Club your roster may not have more then 14 players (U9-10), 18 (U11-14) or 22 (U15-19). Once the roster and passes are stamped, mail a copy of your stamped roster to the PAGS Registrar.  If you make changes to your roster throughout the season, send a copy of the updated roster to the PAGS Registrar.
