1.     You will need to register directly through your state’s USYSA affiliated organization (DYSA, MYSA, etc…) to obtain a stamped roster & passcards. You will also need to obtain a PS-1 Form for permission to play in an Out-of-State league from your state association. This form can be downloaded from the PAGS web site at http://www.pags.org/registration/OnlineRgistration/index_E.html.

  The following items will be required for PAGS Player Registration:

          1 copy of your stamped State Roster

          1 copy of the stamped PS-1 Form
