1. CLUB REGISTRATION
· PAGS www.pags.org
Ø All new clubs must contact Tom Corey (president@pags.org) for registration of your club in PAGS. Your teams will not be able to apply to play in PAGS if your club is not in the drop down menu.
· EPYSA www.epysa.org (In state teams only)
Ø Club must complete “Step 1 Labels” on the EPYSA website.
Ø Club Board Members must submit online Risk Management Registration form before RG-1 can be completed.
Ø Online RG-1 due July 1, 2008.
2. TEAM REGISTRATION
· PAGS (all teams)
Ø Click on the team application located on the PAGS main page. All teams must complete the online application by June 24, 2008.
Ø Team Contact Information.
Click on link on right side of home page to fill in current contact information for head coach, assistant coach and team manager. At least 2 email addresses must be supplied for each team.
· EPYSA
Ø All Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches must submit online Risk Management Registration form before their team can register.
Ø 2007-2008 Travel Team Registration will be online around June 1, 2008.
Ø Clubs must have RG-1 submitted before teams can apply.
3. PLAYER REGISTRATION
· EPYSA
Ø Only new players will need to be entered into the database.
Ø Each player will need an RG-6 form, Proof of Birth (last year’s PAGS player pass or copy of birth certificate),

Pass with photo and signature. You will submit all of these items along with 3 copies of team roster to your registrar.
Ø All out of state teams will register with their state association. Once a roster is stamped, it must be submitted to Laura Harris before Sept 1.
Player Registration through the PAGS Registrars will begin on July 26th.
All players must be registered by Sept. 1st.
