Process for Registering a player from Delaware
1) Click on the

2) On the main page is a link for players requesting to play out of state
3) Complete the online release form
4) Print the form and sign
5) Submit the form
6) Mail the signed form, 1 x 1 photo of player, copy of birth certificate, a self addressed stamped envelope, and a check for $25 made out to DYSA to:

7) Once this is done, DYSA will mail the processed pass
