PAGS does not cancel or postpone games on a league-wide basis due to inclement weather because of the wide area that the league covers. The decision to postpone games rests with the individual clubs based upon their field availability. Clubs are encouraged to make every effort to play games wherever possible. If the decision is made by a club to cancel any or all home games they must notify Julie Sheehy, PAGS Games Commissioner (firstname.lastname@example.org), Tom Corey, PAGS President (email@example.com), Susan Zaccarelli (firstname.lastname@example.org) and your assigned Referee Assignor, and the opposing team coach IAW with PAGS by-laws Section 2.10.B.1. If you do not know who the referee assignor is for your club go to the PAGS home page and refer to the center article entitled "Listing of Referee Assignors by Club". Teams should attempt to agree upon a new date for the game at the earliest possible date and then notify the Games Commissioner so the game may be formally rescheduled.
