To Register a new team you or to add a player you must provide the following to your Club's Registrar

1.  3 copies of approved roster

2.  Completed RG-6 forms, in roster order

3.  Proof of age, in roster order

4.  New player passes, with pictures glued on, in roster order ( REMOVE MEMBERSHIP PASS

5.  Self addressed stamped envelope big enough to return proof of age and player passes
