. All league fees are to be received by July 20th, regardless if player registration is complete or not. Also their will be a link there to put in special requests(deadline July 20th) for conflicts that might arise during the season. Only completely filled out forms will be honored and the league will do it's best to grant all special requests. Important, the contact form is dynamic and should be used throughout the seaon to notify the league of phone number changes, asst coach additions and email changes. The league does it business primarily through the web and accuracy on the part of each team is required for optimum communication. I am not in the business of taking my free time to find your pin number because you are too busy to figure it out. The directions are self-explanatory and only those coaches or managers who have changed their email address since they registered should need my assistance in retreiving their pin.
FIELD FORMS DUE JULY 20TH
All coaches should check the list of club delegates to see if your club is properly represented and the delegate is the up to date contact person. Only the club delegate will be able to enter field information to ensure that you get home games this fall. Attention all delegates, do not guess at what time it gets dark throughout the season. If you have a permit until dark, than use the dark option on the field permit form. COACHES, IF YOU ARE A ONE TEAM CLUB IN PAGS, THAN YOU ARE THE DELEGATE. If any club rep needsaccess information please notify me and I will get you what you need.
I WILL BE ASKING DEMOSPHERE TO RUN THE INITIAL RUN OF THE SCHEDULE AROUND JULY 27TH. IT WILL ALLOW ME TWO WEEKS TO REVIEW AND HOPEFULLY PUBLISH THE SCHEDULE AROUND AUGUST 10TH. NOW I KNOW THAT SOME PARENT OR COACH WILL EMAIL ME AROUND THE 30TH LOOKING FOR THE SCHEDULE, BECAUSE IT SAID SO ONLINE. I WILL PROMPTLY RETURN THEIR CHECK WHEN I RECEIVE THAT EMAIL, SO YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED.
