The application for the PAGS Fall 2006 season will be available online only no later than Monday, 10 April 2006. Applications will be accepted until 12:00 midnight on Friday, 16 June 2006. Late applications will not be accepted.
If your Club is not listed in the pull-down menu on the application form you will need to contact Tom Corey, PAGS President, at President@pags.org , to have your Club entered into the database. Teams will then be able to submit their application.
Fees are as follows:
U9/U10 - $300
U11-U18 - $325
U9-U18 secondary or out-of-state teams - $275
Registration will be through USYS/EPYSA. Teams wishing to participate in US Club Soccer national events will need to dual register directly with USCS. Applications must be accompanied by a credit card payment or a check must be received within 7 calendar days of the date the application is submitted or the application will become void and the team will be required to reapply.
